AgencyCFO™ (ACFO), formally known as RD Advisory Group, was launched in 2018 and founded in 2013 by married partners, Roe and Don Polczynski, Jr.

After publishing their book on personal leadership in 2017, Changing Your Equation, Roe and Don knew they had a million-dollar opportunity. With Roe’s MBA and knack for strategy tied with Don’s 15+ years of experience as an insurance CFO, they created a strategic financial program that changed the trajectory for independent insurance agencies across the continental U.S.
